珠海华润银行完成更名。
2月28日,珠海华润银行(下称华润银行)发布公告称,根据该行董事会、股东大会决议,经监管部门批准,该行名称由“珠海华润银行股份有限公司(英文名:CHINA RESOURCES BANK OF ZHUHAI CO., LTD.)”变更为“广东华润银行股份有限公司(英文名:CHINA RESOURCES BANK OF GUANGDONG CO., LTD.)”,简称“广东华润银行”。
华润银行表示,上述名称变更事项已于2026年2月11日获得国家金融监督管理总局广东监管局核准批复,并于2026年2月26日完成相关工商登记变更手续,取得《营业执照》。
华润银行强调,本次仅为机构名称变更,该行原有的业务关系、法律关系、服务承诺均保持不变。以“珠海华润银行股份有限公司”名称签署的各类合同、协议、文件在其有效期内继续有效;客户所持该行原名称的银行卡、存单、存折、电子账户等产品载体均有效;该行原有营业网点、客服热线、网上银行、手机银行等服务渠道均保持不变。华润银行各分支机构在完成本级机构名称变更所需履行的全部法律程序之前,各类文件、合同、协议等使用原名称发布、签订,原印章(含实物章、电子章)继续使用。
从历史发展来看,华润银行成立于1996年12月,早年是由早年由珠海11家城市信用合作社改制设立的地方城商行,成立时名为珠海市商业银行,2010年1月,华润股份有限公司和珠海市政府对珠海市商业银行成功实施战略重组并完成更名。华润银行的主要股东分别为华润集团、南方电网、中国电子、珠海华发集团以及深圳市南山区国资委的控股企业。截至2025年6月末,华润银行已在珠海、深圳、中山、佛山、东莞、惠州、广州、江门、肇庆设立10家分行、127家支行以及1家资金运营中心。
在业务经营上,华润银行已不再局限于珠海市,其经营布局分布珠三角经济发达城市,经营网点已覆盖除香港和澳门外的粤港澳大湾区其他城市,并在广东省肇庆市德庆县、广西壮族自治区百色市分别控股1家村镇银行。
华润银行2025年第三季度信息披露报告显示,截至去年9月末,华润银行在合并口径下的总资产达到4581.40亿元,总负债为4227.07亿元。
据中证鹏元披露的华润银行2025年二级资本债券(第二期)信用评级报告显示,2025年上半年,华润银行实现营业收入32.42亿元,净利润为4.71亿元。截至2025年6月末,华润银行的不良贷款率为1.64%,较2024年末下降0.01个百分点;拨备覆盖率为164.14%,较2024年末下降8.56个百分点。
上述评级报告称,受市场利率水平整体下行叠加区域同业竞争较为激烈影响,近年珠海华润银行息差水平持续收窄;同时在信用风险上升的背景下,该行加大了拨备计提力度,综合影响下,该行净利润及净资产收益率均有所下降。2025年1-6月该行实现净利润4.71亿元,同比减少25.87%。需关注未来息差水平变化、资本市场波动以及资产质量变动对该行盈利能力带来的潜在影响。
